Lakme Face It Compact comes in basic dark red colored packaging with fitted round mirror and white puff. Puff is of decent quality given the compact is very decent priced. Lakme Face It Compact powder has very thin milled texture and disappear with ease when you blend it in skin. You can apply it with puff provided or can use a powder brush of your choice to blend it seamlessly. When applied, it helps to keep makeup matte and gives even toned look which appear completely natural.

Its fragrance is nostalgic Lakme smell that I absolutely love. I am always fond of Lakme products and like its typical Lakme fragrance present in Lakme foundations, compacts and sunscreens. It is available in 4 shades – Pearl, Marble, Shell and Coral. Pearl shade will suit women with fair skin and pink undertone. Marble shade will go for women with fair skin and yellow undertone. Shell and Coral shades are more likely suited for women and girls with wheatish skin tone. There are no dark shades available and even Coral shade is pretty light. It will go for wheatish skinned beauties more rather than suiting dusky skinned beauties.

I have Lakme compact powder in Marble and Shell shade and Marble shade suits me perfectly. It has light coverage and will not hide your extreme dark circles and dark spots. However, it will even out your skin and will make it appear brighter and smooth if you choose right shade. Best part of Lakme compact powder is that it does not look cakey even in broad day light.
